      Pros

      Great people to work with. Great benefits like PTO and insurance. Lots of opportunities for advancement, and they typically promote from within the company.

      Cons

      Most of the higher level positions require lots of travel, even up to 100%. Management tends to push very hard for a work lifestyle regardless of family obligations, so make sure that's what you can accept before going to work there.

      Pros

      My boss who i reported to was great. That's the only pro I can think off.

      Cons

      Senior management in the US do not respect the work-life balance, they expect you to work until midnight and weekends when feel like it, long hours, while they do not show up in the office until midday because they had an appointment with a personal trainer, or had to take the car to the garage, etc. I have been to the US a few times, to meet with management and they didn't show up in the office at all. You can't trust people in this company. Lots of customers not paying invoices because the quality of the products are bad, and they company is not doing anything to solve the problems, really old outstanding receivable balances.
