Pros

Hybrid work, working with new technologies and collaboration with people in different countries than yours.

Cons

Greek IT CIO + IT management do whatever they want - HR supports them. They don't act like being in a multinational company. They act like it's their own small shop. They promote their own people. They are clueless of IT technology and only know how to continuously speak without saying anything. They only like to show that things are going great. Noone can say differently because noone actually supervises them. The situation is worse than working in the Greek public sector.

Great brand although that also isn’t what it was Good car scheme but only if EV (that’s also changing) Worklife balance although depends who you work for

Poor new leadership team in Vodafone business No thought to full customer experience or journey The left hand doesn’t speak to the right hand Unless mobile delivery is shocking Micro management and little hitlers BT local business management takeover

What an absolute joke - Vodafone should terminate this companies contract! The training and onboarding is non existent. SINK OR SWIM. The leadership team genuinely don't know whether they're coming or going. Constantly telling the team that they are a sales team when in fact they are account managers. They are however, account managers when a customer needs an account review, threatens to port out or has a complaint. Customers and staff are so frustrated with the set up, it takes months to get something so simple done. There is nothing to measure the amount of work you're doing day to day. So you can get away with doing alot or very little. HR are dictated by the main man himself. Constantly changing targets each month which makes it so difficult for the team to hit target. There is so much fraud going on in the place, there honestly needs to be an audit done. The staff are underpaid and overworked. The manner in which the team are spoken to is disgraceful and so disrespectful. No career progression, as people have been in the same role for years! Don't take my word for it check on LinkedIn. For your own mental health, steer clear of this place.
