Pros

You will learn how to survive in any circumstance, to deal with several processes at time and hundreds of people

Cons

You won't have a life, you will be taught that the only way to work is to be rude and mean, that everyone else in the company is the enemy and that you are always right. This happens especially in marketing dept. You will work only with emergency deadline, nobody plans activities and nobody gives you priorities (even because most of the time also your manager doesn't know what they are). What is important is not the work you do, how you do it and how much effort you will put, the important thing is always to make money and act as what you have done is the most important thing/ppt/excel in the world. When there is a problem is not important to solve it, the main activity is to look for the guilty actor and be sure you won't be taken as responsible. All of these will be sorrounded by an environment that tells you that Vodafone is the best place to work for (????), where they care about people, diversity, inclusions and other amazing things. And don't forget that what they care about is to provide the best cex in order to better sale to people. AVOID.

Pros

Very fast environment, many creative young people, nice salary compared to average in Italy. Discover graduate job rotation is a nice way to learn fast about different environments, although is partially useful outside of the company.

Cons

Extremely competitive environment. Terrible work life balance, some people is used to get out after 12 hours of working, that should be illegal. Nobody listen to your requests in HR department. Too many people leave the company and too many enter in it, this cause a big lack of information and responsibilities, that often makes understanding of processes very difficult. Difficult to grow up in vertical. They keep hiring engineers and put them to do Project Management without barely advice during hiring phase.

Pros

Pay is satisfactory. You are quite free in handling your time-in and out of company. Smart working is developed and free one day x week

Cons

Too many. You have to pay 10 € month to use business number phone for personal calls. The phone is a budget-phone. Health insurance is ridicoulous, with low refund. You have to wait probably 4 months to gain money back. Micro-management and escalation is your daily life. Middle management is useless, they leave every issue reach you, without any shield or help. Agile working is implemented in order to ruin your life every single day. Fighting between departments is considered normal. There are a lot of nice and young people working inside, but they are daily mortified asked to work on duties not corresponding to their studies. If you are an IT worker, stay far far far away from this company.
