      Very informal employer, hugely political organization with the worst HR Department I ever seen.

      Pros

      Flexibility is the only positive thing of this employeer. Brand open market doors although execition ruin everything you try to construct.

      Cons

      Politics, HR, burocracy, mediocricy, imposible to move anything forward. Management has questionable ways close to the non ethical fronteer. HR rules the company with total control of the business decisions.

      The people in my team are lovely. Fresh fruit delivered at the office daily

      Cons

      Treat like kids if gone to toilet and took 2 minutes extra. Team leader doesnt have a clue how to solve any issue Worst salary in the market Started looking for a new job because of poor working environment. This is definitely not the best places to work as they paid to get on top.

      Pros

      - Flexible working - depending on your manager, it's very easy to work remotely - Great working environment, as long as you don't mind being out of the city - With a solid network, it's very easy to move around the company - There are fantastic people in there somewhere

      Cons

      - Managers are often scared to make any decisions, because there is a clear blame culture - It's a company run for the shareholders, so money is tight where it should be spent, but wasted in other areas - Vodafone are notorious for mass redundancies, often laying 10's to 100's of people at once with absolutely no warning
