      Pros

      Good brand name, fortunately the outside world doesn't know how poorly this company is run.

      Cons

      No training, company is too disjointed. Culture of passing the buck. Too many people playing big brother & muddying the waters rather than helping to clarify them. Management are useless & constantly misinterpret the "Vodafone Way" to administer their dictatorial methods. Company ethos is ignored constantly to find the quickest/cheapest fix. For a technology company they really struggle to grasp the concept of simplicity & use antiquated technologies. The administrative side of the company especially HR & IT support are woefully inept.

      Pros

      Work life balance Life Good salary Employee benefits are nonparallel. My manager Jigesh Vachhrajani is one best people manager in VISPL. Company Infra is also very Good. International clients are having good working culture.

      1. Everything depends upon your rating. If you have G rating then only you are eligible for other facility like Certification exam reimbursement, Internal Job posting program, Variable Bonus money. 2. Position are not allocated as per experience.

      Still one of the largest telco operators worldwide with a strong focus on enterprise solutions and a huge war chest following the sale of its stake in Verizon Wireless

      Cons

      Vodafone has struggled to maintain its top positions in most of the key markets in Europe and is lacking a longer-term strategic vision and the appetite to take risks in order to remain competitive in the long run. Not good in managing people and talents
