Pros

Can get away with a lot as HOD's are blind to slackers, Contradiction at every corner. Not a good company to work for

Cons

Pretty much everything, company does not have a scooby what they are doing, purely relying on the money injected by Richard Branson, using that name to lift of the ground, since Mr B relinquished some of his shares, making the company only 20% his. It seems to have rapidly declined, only focusing on South africa and london as key areas and neglecting marketing in other cities,

Cons

Pay is very poor. When they charge way above market for membership. Management are all a group of friends who constantly promote one and other. No appreciation of hard work
