Best pro is definitely the free membership. Part time hours were flexible, pay is okay though I am a student.

Cons

Work was monotonous but so is every cleaning job. You are given a rigorous cleaning schedule to stick to which is easy to get through so leaves you with nothing to do a lot of the time.
