You can train with colleagues and make friends

Cons

Base salary is really bad and commissions are hard to get as the targets are always so high. No value for staff - no personal nor professional growth are supported. Really pressure like you are saving the world. It doesn't matter what you do, if you don't sacrifice your whole self for this job, you are not good for them.

It’s good if you like to be around fitness environment and also earn.

Nice environment and facilities, club members are bit higher standard. Management are friendly.

Cons

Salary should be higher. Hard working environment. Salary, overtime and holiday systems are less transparent.
