      Pros

      Each Virgin branch tends to have its own ethics and personality alongside the Virgin qualities of course. This can be good or bad but in my experience it was a very welcoming team other than my line manager.

      Cons

      Got the short straw in terms of line manager. Not necessarily incompetent but still learning the ropes and very to the book which made work environment when she was on shift almost unbearable. Too concerned with members and facilities rather than her own staff leading to many disputes and people leaving.
