Decent for students but not much potential to move up - Lifeguard Virgin Active Employee Review

Got the short straw in terms of line manager. Not necessarily incompetent but still learning the ropes and very to the book which made work environment when she was on shift almost unbearable. Too concerned with members and facilities rather than her own staff leading to many disputes and people leaving.
