People work hard if motivated. Good locations with close transport links.

Cons

No clear guidance from above and policy constantly changing. Virgin Active values are in the past and not actively encouraged by the General Managers within VA. Toxic work environment and active bullying within centres - when reported nothing is followed up.

Not many pros, I guess the free membership is the only one

Terrible pay, basic salary is ridiculous, high expectations, targets are high so you can barely hit so don’t get fooled by that uncapped commission because you I’ll never see it, they changed that so the company can save on commission since it seems that they are struggling and cutting down jobs. Higher up management (regional managers) are just useless and incompetent , they never know what they are talking about and there’s greedy changes going on every other week, no care for staff
