You’re just a number to the company. Staff welfare is 0 Mental health isn’t a thing for virgin as much as they pretend it is. Instructors have had all creativity wiped from them, now the head of products just use chatGPT for the class templates. Sexual harassment and bulling in the work place. Underpaid

Very disorganised company. Request get ignored. Members are viewed as an annnoyance and inconvenience even though they are the reason we have jobs in the first place. The management is low quality. Too much drama and office politics.
