Terrible pay, basic salary is ridiculous, high expectations, targets are high so you can barely hit so don’t get fooled by that uncapped commission because you I’ll never see it, they changed that so the company can save on commission since it seems that they are struggling and cutting down jobs. Higher up management (regional managers) are just useless and incompetent , they never know what they are talking about and there’s greedy changes going on every other week, no care for staff
