Pros

Full training once you start. They like to give people a chance so will hire you even if your not really qualified.

Cons

Minimum wage, Job costs you money as you have to pay for all your fuel expenses and public transport if you don't have a car. The product is not very good so I a very hard sell now that the price has gone up.

Pros

Can get a company car and phone quite quickly and bonus structure is quite good. Progression can be quite rapid.

Cons

You can be dismissed just as rapidly or put on a personal development plan (PDP), quite easily - that goes for TLs too. They're also too quick to fire staff - no loyalty! Too disorganised and no-one including TL's and BM's have any a direction. You sit and waste an hour everyday in office instead planning where you're going, then a couple of TL's argue where to go. When you finally leave, the whole team of at least 20 sit in a cafe for at least 2 to 3 hours before heading off to a location to work. By then, most staff are too tired to do any real work so you work for half an hour, change location but not strategically, as it takes on average 45 minutes to the next location, You then get out of the cars and smoke a cigarette or two, knock on a few doors and then move again. So much time is wasted by now that you only ever work about two hours in an 8-hour day. Then the BMs and AMs send out texts to ask who's working at weekends. If you don't reply or say you have commitments, the whole team get crappy texts as a group, telling us off, as if we're children and we get threatened to leave I'd or hays not in it. Only left in March, after 6 weeks of a 12 week probation period. Constant, very high staff turnover - Demoralising!! :Ps - better staff training and retention would be a much better alternative for staff and management. They literally expect you to work practically every weekend
