Pros

Great close-knit family team to work with. Pay is really good if successful

Cons

Working hours, no social life, very high pressure with sometimes low returns/results. Hire+fire mentality depending on results. Cold calling is counter-productive at times and can grind you down if you don't keep your head high and laugh it off

Pros

Great commission structure but no mention of a threshold until 3rd day of training. Opportunity to earn money if you have the ability to sell. Bonus schemes are great and you will be working along side some very nice people ( not management)

Cons

Recruitment process is misleading and i was not made aware of the fact we had to do cold door to door as well as warm leads. Highly misleading and this needs to be changed at management level.
