Pros

Rapid expansion so career opportunity is available. Those who back up what they say in their interview in the actual position do well; bonuses and commissions uncapped. First promotion is performance based and DOES come with fueled company car and phone (car is subsidised phone is all inclusive). Successful team members have achieved this after 5weeks. Pressure selling is NOT our remit, by preference we build relationships and explain product as it sells itself. The product is excellent and by far the best solution in the UK marketplace. Company pays basic as well as bonus and comms, but those who come just to earn the basic won't last.

Cons

UK operation is essentially a startup- still figuring out infrastructure but constantly progressing. Sales driven customer acquisition so fairly high pressure environment but people shouldn't say they thrive under pressure if they don't... Direct canvassing is a large part of the role- good communicators will book appointments and succeed; so don't apply to work here unless you are a solid communicator and fluent. Warm appointments won't be given out straight away- expectation is that reps prove their tenacity and skill level before being given a free sale! Hours are flexible but those with the correct attitude will probably work longer hours than contracted to enhance their commissions and bonuses. We do expect a certain level of success from the investment we put into training and equipment, but those who show themselves to be performing well independently as well as in the team will be successful. Direct selling isn't for everyone but then neither is great success. 100% is required to get 100% back.

Pros

> If you work 7 days a week you can make a good minimum wage salary. > flexibility of working hours > colleagues

Cons

> Have to pay for your own fuel > long hours > I saw workers and team leaders getting fired after sucking their full-blood ( no job security you are just a number ).
