Cons

Unprofessional and narcissistic managers. No work/life balance. Impossible to make private life plans. Managers expect you to be slaves to the company.

Cons

Over inflated OTE. Management staff that are pretty useless. Don't give you the structure to help progress in your career or even improve yours sales. Little to no Training or development. Dodgy sales tactics and dodgy salesmen that are fake sales to remain in a job, and to fake sales for their friends to help keep them in a job.
