The people you meet are the best pro of this job

Cons

Management are quick to chastise you , whilst they should be suppprting you. There is no job security. There is no loyalty from the company. And you dont get paid enough for what is expected. You are expected to work under a lot of stress. And they took away the 1 hr lunch and shortened it to 50 mins.

Competitive benefits, no problems taking vacations or time off whenever, and great training opportunities on the job

Cons

Usually very long drives which go uncompensated because of comission-based salary, and longer hours at the end of the month to hit quotas. While most immediate team leaders were very good and tolerant, some senior management came across as extra pushy to hit sales quotas.
