      Some of the sales team.

      Cons

      Over inflated OTE. Management staff that are pretty useless. Don't give you the structure to help progress in your career or even improve yours sales. Little to no Training or development. Dodgy sales tactics and dodgy salesmen that are fake sales to remain in a job, and to fake sales for their friends to help keep them in a job.

      Boss is 5 hours away. Some schedule flexibility.

      Cons

      They own you. You are on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. No holidays. No vacations. No kids’ birthday parties.
