Pros

Interesting work, talented colleagues, great office, lots of opportunities to do field trips. UNICEF definitely making a difference in lots of ways. Excellent salary for the sector.

Cons

Management are technically very skilled, but not always great at actual management. Limited opportunities for advancement. Can be quite a bureaucratic environment. Unsuccessful job seekers often not notified - even if they've had an interview which is quite disrespectful.
