Pros

Target pays ETL's well. They develop leadership and always push you to do better. Target will stretch you as a leader and extend your boundaries.

Cons

Continuously changing. Once you're "green" time for a process change. Upper Management does not seem in touch with store management morale. Lots of hours. Small amount of work life balance.

Pros

-Flexible Scheduling -No other Pros.... Be wary of the retail business model before accepting positions with Target. You are only a pawn in their corporate greed game.

Cons

-Political Games -Unqualified leadership -Limited advancement -Forced to do jobs outside your work center for the "team". -Laughable "Raises"
