Pros

The company offers a great structure that allows for relatively quick upward mobility. The vacation time is great as well.

Cons

As in any retail management position the job is never done. The expectations are continually raised with little to no support for the increased goal. While this builds increasingly effective managers it does strain the work life balance of those managers.

Pros

for the most part the other ETLs are fun to be with, and working with the teams is fun.

Cons

the hours expected a ridiculous. wasn't allowed to see my sick relative because "the store needs you". the job for ETL-AP is inaccurate. you spend 85% of your time on the floor making the store look nice instead of ensuring safety.

Pros

Great use of technology with the camera system being tied to registers makes for easy review.

Cons

Making apps doesn't matter. Having 3 different supervisors. No longer have access to run internal reports so you are depending on the IC.
