Pros

Good company on a corporate level. Consistent, team members are awesome and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

Not a lot of structure in this particular role, results have to be self initiated. Also management on a store level isn't the greatest.

Pros

Working at Target is fast paced, always evolving, and continually striving to be the best. Target invests a lot into its employees to make them feel wanted and appreciated. Communication is very open and appreciated there.

Cons

Target is retail so the hours can be long and the workload heavy. However you always leave feeling like you accomplished something and made a difference.
