Pros

None, maybe events arranged for employees regularly. My experience has not been good at all.

Cons

Underpaid, very stressful, and too many procedures. Bonuses are based on KPIs which are not realistic or achievable. Clean desk policy is ridicoulous.

Pay is great compared to other companies like Focus Structured hours allow you to have schedule the rest of your week without worry

The work itself is very tedious, annoying customers
