Pros

Most of the people are very friendly and it is easy to move up in the company if you put your mind to it. Supervisors give good feedback and positive coaching techniques.

Cons

Things are a little disorganized but not too terrible to deal with. The benefits like insurance and 401k aren't great but are definitely better than most entry level or call center jobs.

Good co-workers, nice atmosphere, guaranteed hours

Cons

Pay is a bit low for the work being performed. Training was not as helpful as it should be.

Pros

Good payment for a part time job, very flexible schedule for students. Very dynamic work place

Cons

Nothing to add, worked for 2.5 in Telperformance and was a very good experience.
