Training was awesome! I enjoyed my team members and we grew to be real close.

Management is incompetent and has no respect for employees.

Pros

They give good coachings and trainings and there is a lot of structure. If you work hard, they'll work hard for you to feel good at your place. Plus everyone is very nice and friendly!

Cons

The salary is pretty low and with the way they watch you, it tends to be a Big Brother house. They really are "watching" you.

Pros

The pros were minimal but I guess you could say that it was located in a somewhat convenient location and there were some good coworkers. Some employees were very happy there.

Cons

Minimal personal growth opportunities and expensive benefits. Company does not project their values. Training was insufficient. Schedule changed constantly.
