Salary on time, great spirit in the team, payed training.

Cons

pay is not very good, when you're new you don't have much saying in when you would like to have your holidays or what days you'd like to work. The hire a lot of people during times with high caller volume and kick them out soon after. Would be ok if you knew that before.

Treated employees like they were just a number.

Pros

- Majority of the people I worked with were nice people. - Lots of insurance options - Decent opportunity for moving up to trainer, sme or supervisor.

Cons

- Low pay, no raises - Treated the employees with no respect - Rules that did not add to anything such as not being able to have your badge on your desk or having your jacket on your lap. - When you got the highest sales when they had 'power hours' you were given useless prizes or candy instead of money. Treated like children instead of working adults. My experience at teleperformance only got worse as time went on and they kept changing policies that didn't benefit anyone. Just an overall dreadful place to work, I would not apply here unless you are very desperate for a job.

Pros

Your colleagues are the only reason you go to work there. If your looking for a company who respects staff and treats them well then this place is not for you. My team had 15 in it and by the day of the 3rd month 7 had left. That says a lot

Cons

Your timed for toilet breaks, poor wages, poor management, computers don't work and IF they do they run slower than the second coming of Christ. Your promised progression and it doesn't happen. Management have a cant be bothered attitude. They have unrealistic policies and not a lot of support
