Pros

Global leadership re-fresh (from a change in ownership in 2018), providing a coordinated strategic vision, and significant investment in improving our delivery systems, processes and workforce. Large global network (80+ countries) with strong client base and lots of industry exposure. I firmly believe in the maxim that "If we take care of our employees, our employees will take care of our clients" and am trying to create a collaborative team environment where people are happy to come to work and proud to be a part of TMF.

Cons

We are going through a period of evolutionary change with investments into our service offering, an increased focus on cross-country collaboration and client engagement. Whilst this is an exciting period of change it is also a fairly demanding one.

Pros

The good things: you will learn, the pay is amazingly average for the amount of work and insult you received, and lastly - the horrendous company gatherings/outings and fake smiles.

Cons

1. Senior managers, managers and team leaders (most if not all), are the world's best micromanagers, the living CCTVs and recorders of your miserable achievements. 2. They point out exactly how your mistakes were done, without providing the guidance and assistance to ensure that they will never happen again. 3. Like Trump said - the two-face: smile in front of you and will give you the worst rating for the most average work that you can do. 4. The managers think that they are leaders. I wonder what makes them think so? Friends will be there for you during good or bad times, they may not be able to help you in life, but they sincerely care. However, TMF management & Managers - they are unable to care but only for themselves. 5. The managers instill fear and do not take responsibilities, just like Trump. 6. After I left, I thought new joiners will be treated with respect and are provided with the guidance they required. But no, they are given piles of work and monitored via mobiles phones during the lockdown. I felt very sad when some of them talked to me about how bad they were treated but were left with no choice but to stay because of difficult to find jobs and face the bully managers. 7. You reap what you sow. Please remember during this pandemic, your position means nothing, your money means nothing - after you lost your love ones. Please stop the preferential treatment, racism, backstabbing and dumb office politics.

We understand that there are areas we are still lacking, which may differ from each local experience to another. We take all the feedback provided into consideration and ensure that this is being highlighted to the management so we can improve. While some efforts may take time to implement, we have made significant improvements to our priority areas such as working arrangements and performance management where we have adopted a new process with a strong focus on development in addition to performance, and it incorporates our TMF values.

Pros

Autonomy and global experience, not much more I can say.

Cons

No growth opportunities. Judged on personal life and education.
