All disavantages of a large group, without any benefits Colleagues are generally nice and competent. Friendly atmosphere, international environment. Balance of work/personal life is ok.

Cons

Lack of resources for development, extreme and obsessive cost control, no indiustrial view, short term plans only, no benefits, no bonus and no recognition for the employees despite high performance required.

Pros

A global environment, some good leaders in the right positions, trying to make the monster change. Committed employees, working many hours even though the conditions are not attractive being compared with the market.

Cons

Old-fashioned company, trying to follow "innovative" procedures which are no longer useful in many companies. Systems are poor, there is no integration among them and most of work needs to be completed by manual procedures and excel spreadsheets. Poor training and poorer training platform. Completely poor management, no leadership at all and lack of communication with the employees. You just feel like a figure, which you are. If you keep a good relationship with the right person, be sure that you will get a promotion and a rise. Also hard workers do, but just if they are aligned with the decision maker. 100% politics. Many leaders with no knowledge about the business. Poor academic history as an overall. Salaries and benefits are quite behind the market schedule. You don´t even receive a laptop to work from home if an unexpected event occur. Guys, this is 2017.
