Pros

Great benefits, great culture. There are a lot of opportunities to move up and grow within a company.

Cons

It's a fast-paced working environment, which could be hectic for new comers.

Pros

This is a great job for people who have other obligations such as going to school, having kids, etc., as you are able to adjust your schedule pretty frequently without any issues. The benefits are great for both full time and part time employees. The culture is amazing as they embrace and welcome diversity. Building relationships with the customers who frequently come into the store for their cup of joe is also rewarding.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end but not a surprise. Working your way up the management scale is rewarding but it can take some time to get promoted. Starbucks seems to enjoy having multiple products role out at once so it can be difficult for management to manage 5 new products and changes all at once causing stress to its employees.
