Pros

Fast paced environment so time flys (depending on your store), good training, lots of opportunities to build customer relationships.

Cons

The day to day gets a bit boring because it's the same ol', same ol'. Pay isn't great at all, even if you're in a store that makes great tips.

Pros

Good training and advancement opportunity available.

Cons

short staffed, hard to advance unless you're in the right place at the right time, poor work/life balance for those in management.
