Cons

- ridiculous sales targets -treats employees like slaves - no career growth opportunities for general staff. - alot of 'favoritism' depends on who you know not what you know - salary for general staff is quite low for the amount of work done -very toxic working environment at branch level, most staff are extremely burnt out and unhappy -leadership only cares about their own career development.
