      Pros

      First time ever in my career that every single one of my colleagues knows exactly what they're doing and fully committed. Caring environment and never forget to have fun at the same time. One of the companies with the most extensive Learning & Development programs, directors and managers are extremely generous when it comes to knowledge and experience sharing.

      Cons

      As colleagues are so fully dedicated, it will unintentionally lead to burn-out. As an employee, one should learn to take a step back and relax once in a while.
