      Pros

      Great team of coworkers,good 401k and benefits,payday was every wednesday.pay is decent,with everything over 8 hours considered overtime pay,holidays are paid triple time.

      Cons

      Company does not see anyone over thirty being a part of the companys future,the older people are given the worst jobs and a hard time in hopes that they would quit. The hours are horrible,the overtime is constant.there is absolutely no time for a home/family life.

      Loyalty to employees is only skin deep. Don't bother sacrificing yourself for Sandvik, they WILL NOT return the favor.

      Good pay, benefits and perks (company car, cell phone, etc)

      Cons

      Very poor culture. Complete lack of professionalism combined with "high school-esque" drama and behind the back talk. Individuals will not hesitate to step on your back to climb their way to the top or throw you under the bus if they feel it is advantageous to their pocketbook or career path goals. You can not trust anyone or expect any conversation to be held in confidence. Perception drives opinions of individuals and their work, not merit or actual interaction or experience with people or their abilities.
