      Pros

      Company offers a great 401K, one of the best in the country. Good compensation and benefits 100% tuition reimbursement. Excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Small company. No where to go in the short term. However, there is room if you want to move to other sister companies or to the headquarters in Europe.

      Beautiful, comfortable offices located near restaurants and public transport

      Cons

      Most of the employees were completely closed to diversity of thought. I did not feel safe to express any contrary opinion. Management was overbearing and stifling they were not looking for creative ideas that were different from their own. You will be happy here if you are not looking for empowerment.
