Great People!! Very supportive network Great opportunities to learn and develop Very Flat structure and great access to senior leaders Comprehensive virtual on-boarding process Supported on the transition from industry in-house procurement to consulting The work is varied ranging in complexity, categories and industries.

Cons

Only been in the role for a couple of months and not found anything to complain about just yet!

- The people are predominantly exceptional individuals

Cons

- There is a lack of diversity - There is a noticeable boys club at the top. Management prefer to use scare tactics as their preferred form of negotiation (influence) with colleagues - Management will ask you not to progress with your career ambitions if they’re having a poor financial year so they can protect their P&L - Management will protect senior colleagues with multiple formal complaints through the channels to save face of a questionable hire

Cons

-Upper level management relying on half truth and subterfuge when relating to their employees. -An acknowledged disinterest in improving employee satisfaction. Management favors half steps like happy hours, or having a bar in the office, but does not address real employee concerns like COVID safety, or the financial stability of the company. - Middling pay and benefits, limited opportunity for growth and development.
