In that time, I have risen from a green analyst, fresh out of university, to a program manager running engagements for Fortune 10 clients. Proxima has shaped and fueled my professional growth at an accelerated speed, and my time here has developed my professional and soft skills. I have always felt that Proxima offers its employees support in sometimes challenging environments. What makes the company is its people, the professional office culture, and the inclusiveness of the team.
