It used to be a good place to develop entry level procurement knowledge in a collaborative and supportive environment... those days have long gone.

Cons

Moral is at an all time low. High turnover of long serving staff. Poor management of staff. Salary is one of the lowest in the industry. You're not charge of your own career progression. Whether you get promoted is based on the decision of one person at the top.

Management open to ideas and to listen. People working here are the friendliest and most supportive I've ever worked with. Some really good and engaging DEI initiatives which are clearly supported by senior leadership

Cons

Its a consultancy so long hours to be expected and in a post covid world travel is back on the agenda - not really cons for me but something to be aware of
