      Pros

      Client growth and variety of projects. Proxima actively progresses and promotes employees especially graduates. Some flexible working. Culture is engaging and team spirited.

      Workforce lacking in diversity, not always quick to make decisions - can be a little risk adverse

      Great development opportunities especially if you're unsure of your career path Encouraging managers Profit share scheme effective Employee reward schemes available to all Lovely office atmosphere Brilliant visibility with key members of the organisation - CEO extremely approachable Cons Demanding workload, sometimes a bit unrealistic but managed well if you voice concerns. You have to hit the ground running.
