Thank you very much to taking the time to share your views and your positive endorsement that Proxima is a great place to work. With our Graduate Fast Track Training Scheme it is important you feel developed from day one, and we are pleased to hear you feel Proxima have heavily invested in you and you feel valued. As you mentioned, the travel for clients can sometimes be a challenge, so if you have any suggestions in this area please do let the HR team or your Career Manager know. Thank you again for your contribution to our Glassdoor page.

Pros

Some nice non-management staff who pull together to help when needed. Free parking and tea. Long term employee, holding out hope of people being the priority again. That's about it for Pro's

Cons

Poor, inexperienced management team with poor attitudes if your not the right fit for them. Managers feel more at ease belittling & degrading staff rather than the importance of employee well-being. This is highlighted throughout linked-in and the website as something that is important, but once you are employed, this does not exist.
