Pros
Proxima (Cwmbran) is so far the best company that I have worked for in terms of office atmosphere. Working in the Cwmbran office was great. Each employee is friendly, the management within the office are approachable and overall you don't dread waking up to go to work.
Cons
For me the cons ultimately outweighed the pros. As a market researcher we supported the procurement team in achieving their ultimate goal of attaining or keeping contracts with some of the most recognizable brand names in the world. They only employed skilled workers for this position, but the company pay you the wage of an unskilled worker. Although they claim you will receive a pay rise after an annual review, it is somewhat a false hope and more of a carrot at the end of a stick situation. Your work, contribution and the initiatives that you bring to better the team are not valued. If you are looking for a happy office to work in then I highly recommend Proxima.
