Pros

My team is always very supportive of me and my career goals. I am the driver to my own career. Flexible working - regularly working from home and flexible hours around personal lives. Regular office socials (pre-covid). Flat structure, everyone is friendly and approachable.

Cons

I don't always see my team as they are out and about - but that means we work on other ways to communicate.

Great company culture of support and growth Access to all levels of the company no matter your seniority Diverse and challenging opportunities (over a handful of clients in only 1.5 years at Proxima within a number of different industries and client sizes/types). I've been challenged by the work with highs and lows throughout but have always been provided support from leadership and peers Good benefits (flexible work, PTO days, learning/training opportunities, etc.) Constant learning and development
