All they wish to do is shove Gallerias down your throat. But honestly the company lacks structure and good management. You need to hire more support and staff friendly people. Not everything is about the clients. Pay some attention to your employees as well. Offer mental support, show the empathy that you preach towards your own staff. Be transparent. Plan ahead and stop pushing new agendas last minute and then get angry if people are struggling. Offer work life balance. Got told by manager that “the best CAs are those that work through their holidays”. That is not the correct expectation to place upon your staff. Holidays should be respected. Staff should be respected. All of HQ has turned working at Prada into a joyless place. Please do better. Listen to team, especially when they go HR do not dismiss them!

Everything else is a disaster. Regret every decision of leaving my long career in my previous company. Head Office doesn’t know what they’re doing. Old minded mentality. Covering everything with money. Regional director, Merchandiser and CRM are all clowns. They don’t understand or want to understand shopfloor team opinions or feedback. They’re always right, you’re always wrong. Pretend to care about employee wellness, sends the most awful employee seasonal gifts, no thought behind it. Sends team to a very restricted team bonding experience. Micro managed to the extreme. Tapping in and out system, and get heavily told off for being 30seconds late, and have to pay back 15mins as time owing. The top UK HO managers all needs to be made redundant ASAP! Never seen so many management and Sales Associate team leave so frequently. They all panic and offer more money to shut you up and keep you in the company until you get trapped because no other company can pay higher. And you’re going to end up later sacrificing your whole life as they expect you to be their dog waiting for their call 24/7. Do not join this company!
