Great opportunity to work for a luxury retailer, focused on product knowledge and season launches

Cons

endless work hours, no communication with head office/prada usa. inconsistent views on what visual standards were. extremely high turnover, hired based off look - made me not hire candidates based on waist size.

Make your money and leave. Decent money.

Cons

Management cares only about numbers. Fail to make numbers and you are fired. Promotions aren't normal from within unless within management. Sales to management promotions don't really exist. Cashiers to sales associates have happened.

Managers lied to you. They break the agreed contract. No one cares about you as a person.
