Pros

- discounts on the products that actually even with the discount you will struggle to afford

Cons

all the rest... - Toxic environment that impact your personal life - the employees are actually treated like "slaves" - shifts... no time to live your own life and see your family - no time to rest as your 2 days off/ week are splitted - no team player mindset in the sales team - the company is LYING about the "training" that they sale so well during the interview. There is no proper clear training!!! the training is "on going" which means that you have to learn from your colleagues and nobody follows what you actually learn . When you ask questions to the management about the product knowledge they intimidate you by answering that "you should know" in a very embarrassing way. - I can write more details but it will take my whole day...

Pros

Great salary and high commission for retail job. Realistic sales goals in comparison to other luxury retail stores.

Cons

Management and corporate direction micromanage every move. Sales not as good as they used to be.

Pros

Cons outweighs any pros. You've be warned. It's a world you get sucked into and until you're out. You had no idea.

Cons

They train you to strip all individual strengths/talents and become a robot of sorts. It's not for nothing that robots are a theme in the RTW, bags, and accessories. What you say (word for word), the tone you speak in, the way you are dressed. Basically everything. If you step out of this for two seconds, they find a way to get rid of you even if it's making something up. HR then backs up this decision blindly. There's more but you get the idea...
