There are plenty of good things you could say about puma: -Global player with lot of interessting stuff going on -Great IT-department with vast knowledge -Caring about employees and work-life-balance And let's be honest. It is just cool to workout at lunch and running into Kevin Price Boateng at the lockers :)

Cons

Sorry to say, but i did not experience anything negative so far.

People are wonderful, flexible schedules, work/life balance a clear priority here. Support in career pathing and coaching as well. Lots of company benefits including on site coaching classes, career development, company social outings, travel.

Cons

Because hubs are located globally can feel disconnected at times.

•Fun work environment with great coworkers •Flexible work from home schedule •Good work life balance •Good health insurance & benefits •Great employee discount •Free coffee and fruit

Cons

•Low pay well below market value, very low raises often below cost of living increases •Unwillingness to promote from within, almost all open leadership roles are given to outside candidates •Massive layoffs, especially in 2025 •Cheap, penny pinching management style, unwillingness to invest in necessary tools and support for people to succeed •Poor communication regarding company health •Extremely high turnover at all levels, including 3 CEOs in the last 3 years
