Induction is great. Team members are really kind and helpful on the day. Explanation about the company and ethics explained really well. It's like Christmas on the first couple of days of induction. Getting set up with full uniform, van, tools, tablets and phones! Fuel cards etc... Really organised! Couldn't feel more welcomed to a huge company. Lots of progression offered as company is growing. They like to promote from within the company which is great for us individuals trying to progress and better ourselves. More than 2 weeks of training.
