      Pros

      Octopus energy treat their staff very well, they are by far the best energy supplier to work for and lots of upskill oppunities

      Cons

      Because you are so well looked after at Octopus Energy you want to return that gratitude by hard work, so if you are the type that just wants to take and not give back Octopus is probably not the place for you

We have had many team members transfer to offices all over the world however, we do need to have the positions available and with the US, often it's the visa that can make things tricky.
