      Pros

      The environment is so encouraging, the platform itself drives huge impact and adds value to the world, the codebase is clean, we follow the standards and use the most recent tools and frameworks, everyone is so helpful, the work is organised and structured, flexible and clear. It is just amazing to work here.

      Cons

      I wouldn't call it a con, but could be better, to have more clearance of what other teams are working on always, so everyone gets the full picture of everything. Which I believe makes sense to be quite challenging with a big dev team.
