      Remote working is good. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      Management are pretty toxic - you get the whole 'family' talk but when it comes to mental health/ ill health - you basically get told 'tough!'

      TLs genuinely care and will support you Incredibly flexible when life happens and will work with you to figure out what you need Great culture

      Cons

      Literally no one understands parental leave and rights, you will feel isolated OM and up can feel very dismissive and clique-y Very reactive, not proactive
